In her villain era? Sorisha Naidoo’s ‘RHOD diva diary looks

If there is one thing we’ve seen in season four of Real Housewives of Durban, it’s the style evolution of Sorisha Naidoo.

Instead of her trademark thigh-high boots and skinny jeans, the wife of Vivian Reddy has been showing off designer looks in her diary sessions.

And even fashionable celebs like Mihlali Ndamase and Shauwn Mkhize approve.

SORISHA NAIDOO’S BIGGEST CONFESSIONAL LOOKS
Season four of Real Housewives of Durban kicked off in February, and show veteran Sorisha Naidoo has snatched up much of the attention.

The businesswoman’s stylish diary session looks have particularly been a hit with viewers.

Sorisha’s designer of choice has been Umhlanga bridal designer Victoria Maphumulo of The XVIII Victorian. According to the Durban designer, Sorisha commissioned a unique look for each of her diary room appearances.

Speaking to Briefly, Victoria – who also produced looks for former housewife Nonkanyiso Conco, or Laconco – revelled in creating the elaborate designs.

She said: “I am grateful to Sorisha for allowing me to be as creative as I have.

“What I got from it was definitely build an audience. People started seeing me, and I am grateful for that because TV allows people to see you. The moment I got those opportunities, I knew I had no choice but to run with it. I had to push and make sure I give them the best of the best.”.

Sorisha Naidoo has said of the designer in her own social media posts: “Best thing that happened to me.”

In another, she posted: “Designer of dreams.”

As the name suggests, Sorisha has shown off Victorian-era looks full of flair and panache. Many of the looks boast elaborate head pieces and flashy jewellery.

A CASTLE FOR A QUEEN
There’s no doubt that Sorisha Naidoo is used to living in the lap of luxury.

As the housewife of a wealthy businessman, Sorisha is focused on her home, family life, and social circle. And that includes plenty of dinner parties and champagne breakfasts.

According to the luxury magazine show Top Billing, the Umhlanga mansion she shares with Vivian Reddy and their two children is valued at over R20 million.

The immaculate home, often featured on Real Housewives of Durban, flaunts opulent touches like large oak doors and tables, imported marble floors, and crystal chandeliers.

There’s also a manicured garden, a dream entertainment area, and an enviable custom-made walk-in closet.
