Early Life and Education
Tino attended St. John’s Preparatory School and later St. John’s College in Harare. During his school years, he showcased exceptional leadership and athletic skills. He served as the deputy head boy, captained the basketball team, represented Zimbabwe in U19 rugby, and was an active member of the Interact Society.
To pursue higher education, Tino moved to South Africa and enrolled at Monash University, where he studied Marketing and Management. According to Boss Models, his charisma and talent shone brightly as he was voted Gauteng D2 League MVP, crowned Mr. Monash in 2014, and recognised as the third most influential student in 2015.
Tino Chinyani’s Modeling Career
In 2015, Tino’s modeling career took off when he signed with Boss Models. He quickly became a sought-after figure in the fashion industry, featuring in campaigns for renowned brands such as Polo, Axe, Garnier, McDonald’s, and Edgars. On the runway, Tino has worked with top designers, including Maxhosa, David Tlale, Sheria Ngowi, Tokyo James, and Rich Mnisi. His presence was also felt at major events like Men’s Health shows and the Sun City Royal Escape.
Television Career
Tino’s charm and confidence led him to television, where he participated in the MTV VJ Search. This platform opened more doors, and he became a co-presenter on Channel O’s Top 5 Drive. Today, he is a familiar face as a host on e.tv’s Morning Show, captivating audiences with his vibrant energy.
