Skeem Saam‘s Jacobeth is a woman on a mission.
She has just found Kganyago, the man who scammed her out of R1 million, and she wants her money back. Kganyago is now with a new family, attempting to scam them out of their farm.
He plans to sell it for R8 million and then disappear, following his usual modus operandi. Fortunately, Jacobeth found him before he could leave.
While she went there with two goals in mind—to retrieve her money and expose Kganyago—her plan changed upon arrival. She had to pretend to be his sister to play along just so she could get her money.
She blackmailed him into paying her R500,000. Unfortunately, Kganyago gained the upper hand and framed her. He planted stolen jewellery in her bag, resulting in her being kicked out.
However, she managed to secure half of her money. Whether Kganyago will keep his word and pay the rest remains uncertain. We can only hope.
