The 27-year-old was a model for MaXhosa Africa, created by designer Laduma Ngxokolo. The fashion house recently presented its AW25 campaign at Paris Fashion Week.

‘FASHION MAKES ME FEEL ALIVE’
Hacjivah Dayimani’s appearance in Vogue Runway is nothing surprising coming from the fashionably eccentric rugby player.
Known as the “Dennis Rodman of rugby,” the Racing 92 new recruit has previously admitted that his look was not for everyone.
He told Weekend Argus last year: “My fashion journey became a massive topic amongst the guys, and I was considered being weird or attention-seeking. Some say I’m coming out of the closet. I received backlash on social media, where people created fake accounts and called me names. They made it seem like they’re just joking.”
He added, “Sometimes, I wish people knew (that) fashion makes me feel alive, and I want to inspire people to do what makes them happy.
“People must remember rugby is what I do, not who I am, and after rugby, I have a life.”
Dayimani – who also has his own footwear brand called Hibbaci, also revealed that his Nigerian heritage played a role in his fashion experimentation.
He told GQ this year: “I love sticking out, and people are looking at me asking, ‘Where did you get that?’ The colours I incorporate also pay homage to my Nigerian roots, shaping the influence on my style.”

Dayimani has also been adamant that he’s just as passionate about fashion as he is with rugby.
He said: “I aim to transcend the narrow perception that a rugby player’s identity is solely defined by their on-field persona.”
