Coach Rassie uncertain about Kolisi’s future as Springbok captain

As Rassie Erasmus returns for his second stint as head coach of the Springboks, he has seemingly hinted that there is room for a new captain with Siya Kolisi having joined Racing 92 in Paris following the the World Cup in France, Planet Rugby reported.

WILL SIYA KOLISI CONTINUE AS THE SPRINGBOK CAPTAIN?
According to the publication, Rassie Erasmus admitted that he would prefer the team’s captain to be based in the country. He further reportedly hinted that there could be room for change with the captaincy of the Boks.

‘Springboks band’: Trevor Nyakane and Siya Kolisi’s dancing goes viral

Trevor Nyakane and Siya Kolisi’s dancing impressed fans while responding to Jesse Kriel’s dream Springboks band on 11 March.

Jesse Kriel chose a selection from the Springboks band, explaining why they would make his dream band. Among the selected players were Siya Kolisi and Trevor Nyakane, who responded to his selection.

When asked about the selection, Jesse started by selecting Nyakane to head the dancing team. He also selected Siya Kolisi for the band’s public relations and content creation.

Indeed, this is what the two Racing 92 stars showed on Instagram, dancing and singing. After Trevor shared the video, he impressed Jesse, assuring him that he did not make a mistake in choosing him.

“Ok booyyyyyyy 🔥 @trevornyakane” Jesse responded.

NYAKANE AND SIYA RESPOND TO THE SPRINGBOKS BAND SELECTION DANCING
The two Springboks stars did well choosing Big Nuz and DJ Yamza’s hit song Ngeke. Their song selection made some fans emotional as they remembered the late Mampintsha, who was crucial in its making.

RIP: Ukhozi FM presenter Bheka ‘Beekay’ Mchunu has died

Top Ukhozi FM presenter Bheka “Beekay” Mchunu has passed away.

UKHOZI FM PRESENTER BHEKA MCHUNU’S DEATH CONFIRMED
News of Mchunu’s passing was shared on Tuesday night by various accounts on social media, including his friend and former Ukhozi FM presenter Linda Sibiya.

“To Ukhozi fm listeners, Mchunu family and friends: Losing my brother and friend is painful to me and my family. May Macingwane rest in peace. I will pay my respects should the opportunity arise,” Sibiya captioned a video of Mchunu on X.

According to Sunday World, a close friend also confirmed the radio host’s death. The source revealed that Mchunu passed away in hospital on Tuesday night.

“It’s tragic news, as you would understand. Everyone is still in shock. But I prefer that you speak to the family. They should be the ones who break the news to you. A person’s death is sensitive. As you would know in our culture as Africans,” he explained.
