She did not allow the failure of her first attempt at courting Soka deter her from her goal. As a result, she encounters Ona on the streets with Soka and confronts the man.

In August 2015, Tsholofelo played the lead character Keneilwe in the SABC2 family drama series Mamello. Her character was an idealistic teacher who moved to a new school. She falls in love with a teacher in the same school.
The actress played the starring role of the queen’s younger sister Odirile in the Mzansi Magic telenovela The Throne.
