Rachel Kolisi opened up about healing via a TikTok video shared on Monday 13 January, amid her divorce from Springboks captain Siya Kolisi.

 

‘ONE STEP AT A TIME’: RACHEL KOLISI ON HEALING
Rachel Kolisi took to TikTok to share an inside look at what her healing journey has been like, since she and estranged husband, Springboks captain Siya Kolisi decided to go their separate ways. The pair announced that they were ending their marriage in October 2024, after eight years of marriage.

Siya and Rachel have two kids together – Nicholas (10) and Keziah (7). The pair had also adopted Siya’s two siblings Liyema and Liphelo when they were younger. So, the former couple has a family of six.

In Rachel’s TikTok, she noted that healing sometimes looks like bad days, other times boxing and more. While other times it could look better – as she shared a video of herself horse riding while on a solo vacation in Botswana.

She noted that it was “one step at a time.”

Rachel celebrated a Kolisi Foundation milestone. She was also spotted at a recent Sharks game.

Despite going through a public divorce, Rachel Kolisi was reportedly spotted in the stands at the Sharks game where her ex, Siya Kolisi, led the team as captain.

Over the weekend, the Durban club faced the French club of Toulouse, led by Antoine Dupont, at Kings Park Stadium.`

The visiting team won 20-8.

Buntu Petse (born 12 February 1997 in Johannesburg) is a South African actress. She went into the limelight for featuring in Generations: The Legacy, a popular soap opera in the country.

 

 

 

 

 

She made her debut appearance on 2 December 2019 and has captured the mind of many television viewers.

Buntu also appeared on Teenagers on a Mission (TOMz), a science and technology show by SABC1.

Her parents could also take the credit to bring ‘supportive of her’ and encourage her to pursue her passion.

Her date of birth is on the 12 February 1997 and the place of birth is in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Buntu Petse is 24 years old. Her birthday celebration comes up every year on February 12th.

The character is sixteen (16) years old and the only child of her mother, Ayanda, but she never had the chance to meet her father.

Zikhona Sodlaka (born 7 June 1985 in Mthatha)is a South African actress best known for her starring roles in television series such as Shooting Stars, Rhythm City, Soul City, Intsika and Montana. Sodlaka once got nominated for the South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTA).
