Amapiano sensation Nkosazana Daughter performed at the FNB Stadium over the weekend during a Carling Knockout Cup clash between Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns.

Mamelodi Sundowns thumped Kaizer Chiefs four-nil. Mamelodi Sundowns made their intentions known early in the game and opened their goal account from the spot in the 14th minute.
Lucas Ribeiro drew a foul inside the box, and Iqraam Rayners converted. Eight minutes later, Iqraam Rayners registered a brace after tucking the ball into the net after Khuliso Mudau’s cross.
Mamelodi Sundowns extended their lead in the 39th minute after Peter Shalulile punished Kaizer Chiefs’ defence in six and nines.
Just like in the first half, Mamelodi Sundowns dominated the game, and Mudau sealed the win in the 60th minute to put Masandawana four up.
Kaizer Chiefs captain Inacio Miguel also received a red card after his second yellow card for fouling Peter Shalulile.

However, Nkosazana Daughter was among the acts that entertained fans. She performed some of her hit songs and put on a show.

However, one of her photos divided social media. She shared a photo of herself wearing a Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs jersey. Her caption read, “I love them both.”
In the now-viral photo, she wore a Kaizer Chiefs jersey on top of a Mamelodi Sundowns jersey.
The gesture was mockery to some, while others urged Nkosazana Daughter to show much love to Mamelodi Sundowns. Others were convinced that she was throwing a shade.
After all, she joins a host of celebrities who have performed at the FNB Stadium at Kaizer Chiefs’ home games.
Over the years, several football clubs worldwide have added big names on match days to entertain and draw crowds.
