Mia le Roux has been crowned Miss South Africa 2024 at the SunBet Arena at Time Square, Pretoria on Saturday, 10 August.

Media personality Bonang Matheba, who hosted Miss SA finale announced that Mia le Roux was crowned the new Miss SA at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria on Saturday, 10 August.

The 28-year-old beauty queen from Oudtshoorn is a marketing manager, model, and part-time BCom marketing student.

Le Roux was diagnosed with profound hearing loss at the age of one and shared that her community rallied behind her to give her the gift of hearing, inspiring her desire to make a positive impact and break barriers.

Miss SA 2023 Natasha Joubert passed down the crown to her successor. The new Miss SA was crowned with the coronet dubbed Mowana, courtesy of Nungu diamonds.

The runners-ups were Nompumelelo Maduna and Onalenna Constantin.

Jo-Ann Strauss is an entrepreneur, international speaker and former Miss South Africa 2001. She represented South Africa at the Miss Universe and Miss World pageants in 2001.
Lerato Kganyago is a radio personality, actress, model, media personality and DJ who was crowned Miss Soweto in 2002
Thembi Seete is an actress, musician, who is best known as a member of former kwaito group Boom Shaka.
