Congratulations to Thobile ‘Makhumalo’ Mseleku, one of the wives in the polygamous union of Musa Mseleku. She recently delighted her social media followers by sharing news of her new vehicle acquisition. While she kept the specifics of her ride under wraps, the reality television star dropped a hint that it might be a Ford Ranger.In 2022, Makhumalo made a brief appearance on The Real Housewives of Durban for its second season. Explaining her decision to participate in the show, she expressed her desire for the South African public to recognize her as an individual.
“People know me from Uthando Nes’thembu, and they don’t get to understand Thobile as an individual. And whenever you go around, people cannot just see you as yourself; they have to bring in the family you’re married into because that’s how they know you. That’s not a bad thing, and it’s something that I don’t have a problem with—but I have a life outside the whole family,” shared Makhumalo.
During one of the episodes, Makhumalo took the opportunity to elaborate on the intricacies of being part of a polygamous marriage.
“You are allowed to call him your husband because now you are talking to MaKhumalo on a personal level. So you cannot bring the sister wives in. I would like to believe that in your space you should feel like the only one”, she expounded. “Before he goes to bed, he would have seen all of us. He knows that if he brings in someone else, then he has to level up,” she said.
