Springboks flyhalf Handre Pollard and his wife, Marise Pollard celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary on Monday 9 December.

Springboks flyhalf Handre Pollard dedicated a touching Instagram post to his wife, Marise Pollard, to mark seven years of marriage on Monday 9 December. Handre expressed that it’s been the most amazing seven years and Marise’s heart has been the centre of their family.
The pair welcomed their first child, Hunter Andre Pollard, together in April this year.
“Happy Anniversary my love @marisepollard 🤍. It has been the most amazing 7 years and counting. Over the last 12 months the strength, courage and love that’s in your heart has been at the center of our little Family. I love you more than you will ever know. And as always can’t wait to see what the future holds for us. Love you baba xx,” he wrote.
Marise shared an Instagram Reel from their wedding day on Instagram to mark their wedding anniversary.
“Handré, jy, veraltyd, over and over again 🤍,” she wrote.
WHERE DID THE PAIR MEET?
Handre and Marise met through Facebook back in 2012. At the time, Marise was a student at The University of Pretoria (UP) and Handre was climbing the rugby ranks and playing for the bulls, according to Woman And Home Magazine. The pair then tied the knot a few years later at Cavalli Estate in the Cape Winelands in 2017.
The pair celebrated 12 years together in June this year.
According to MailOnline, Handre and Marise live in the town of Market Harborough, in England. The pair moved to the UK in 2022, when Handre signed a R14 million a year contract with Leicester Tigers.
