Real Housewives of Durban star Jojo Robinson has given South Africans a glowing review of a designer dupe Birkin bag she has called the “Tirkin,” which is currently being sold on Takelot.
The reality TV star – who often posts about her Shein, Temu and Mr Price clothing hauls – is known for being one of the wealthiest housewives on the Showmax series.
Jojo – who recently underwent a R100k facelift procedure – is married to Durban businessman Calven Robinson.
JOJO ROBINSON INTRODUCES THE ‘TIRKIN’
In a TikTok and Instagram post, Jojo Robinson shared her latest affordable fashion find with her followers – a Birkin dupe she nicknamed the “Tirkin.” The lookalike bag – a replica of the Hermès fashion brand – is available on Takelot.
While the original can easily surpass R1 million, the “Tirkin,” a no-name brand design, costs under R2 000.
It is available in a variety of colours, and consumers have been raving about the likeness to the upmarket fashion house’s products.
“It looks just like a little Birkin”, a flabbergasted Jojo Robinson said in an unboxing clip.
She added: “There are no names on the bag. It’s just a bag that looks the same. But nameless and really high quality”.
Jojo jokingly added: “Your welcome”.

According to Glamorizta, a genuine Birkin bag’s price begins at around R100 000 and can easily surpass R1 million.
