The South African has since established that the incident happened over the weekend.

Speaking exclusively to The South Africa, Tevin Mashila revealed that the actress refused to move out of the main house, which he intends to revamp.

The recent videos have undoubtedly left many trying to connect the dots about the house.

Gcina Mkhize once said she was being harassed by intruders invading her house.

She went on to reveal that she was living in fear and couldn’t get the much-needed help from relevant authorities.

WHO IS THE RIGHTFUL OWNER, AND WAS THE HOUSE AUCTIONED?
Tevin Mashila claims to be the rightful owner of the property, which he bought at an auction.

According to the paperwork seen by the publication, the mansion was auctioned in Johannesburg on 3 October 2023.

Reports have it that the house was auctioned after Gcina Mkhize allegedly failed to keep up with her instalments.

Documents in the publication’s possession reveal that all payments for the property were made on the same day of the auction.

The property owner paid R700 000 for the house, while additional costs were over R200 000.

However, the lodgement of the mansion was completed on 22 January 2024 by BVZ Attorneys, who the Sheriff’s Office appointed.

Tevin Mashila said Gcina Mkhize was informed of the development after the lodgement. Earlier this year on 3 February 2024, Gcina Mkhize met with Tevin Mashila at Glen Shopping Centre.

Tevin Mashila has it that the actress told him about her financial woes and made it known that she had nowhere to go but could afford to rent out the house.

However, Tevin Mashila revealed that the actress had not been paying rent. According to documents presented to the publication, the new owner has since served her with eviction orders.
