Another one! Dr Malinga is making headlines after he added a new BMW to his impressive fleet worth millions.
Barely a few days after gifting his wife a sleek Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon worth over R2 million, the star singer blessed himself with a BMW M4.
DR MALINGA FLAUNTS NEW R1.2 MILLION BMW

Petrolheads were quick to give his car a nod, while others were quick to implicate its price tag into the mix.
Base price tags tend to differ because of trims, model lines and year of manufacture. The least-priced 2014 BMW M4 has a price tag of R500 000.
However, Dr Malinga’s model looks like a M4 CS line. The car’s base price tag is R1.2 million, and it is available at several authorised car dealerships nationwide.
The celebrated singer hasn’t openly confirmed the news.
After all, it seems the star has a soft spot for German cars. Last year, he made headlines after flaunting another sleek BMW, which was also spotted in the trending videos.
MDN News posted against the news, “Dr Malinga celebrates purchasing a new car worth over R2 million.”
Surprisingly, all these purchases come barely a few years after he was embroiled in an R2 million debt with the taxman.
In 2022, he made headlines when he revealed that he owed Sars around R2 million. As such, the hitmaker had many of his assets—including his car and furniture—auctioned to pay the penalty.
Against his woes, fans and other celebrities quickly donated funds to help him settle his debt.
OTHER CARS
In recent years, he has been spotted driving around some of the flashiest cars the world can offer, including an R5 million Ferrari, but does he own the cars?
In 2022, he topped trends after it was alleged that he had added an R5 million McLaren a few months after receiving public donations amid his woes.
But following the furore, Dr Malinga slammed the assumption made by many fans that the luxury car was his.
He told TimesLive: “It’s not my car, it’s just a video. I never wrote that the car is mine. It’s my friend’s car, not my car”.
He added, “For now, I cannot afford such a car. I wouldn’t buy that car now if I had the money. That car is too small for me; I love big cars. Buying a McLaren for me is the last resort.”
