Tsholofelo Matshaba (born July 4, 1983) is a South African actress. She is best known for playing devious Meme on the SABC 2 soap opera Muvhango. Her role as detective Jasmine in the series Kings of Joburg further thrust her into the limelight.

The actress has appeared in many theater productions and television shows. She has acted in Born in the RSA 2, Melodies of Love, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Lion King, Soweto Story, Aladdin, and Robinson Crusoe.Matshaba enrolled at the Tshwane University of Technology in 2002. She graduated with a National Diploma in Musical Theatre in 2004.
