‘Be strong’: Rachel Kolisi shares where her healing journey started

Rachel Kolisi, the estranged wife of rugby star Siya Kolisi, continues to open up about her healing journey after her much-publicised separation from the ruby star.

A couple of days ago, she hinted that she was going to share some exciting news on her latest endeavours, and she has taken to social media to reveal the big news.

RACHEL REVEALS THE MOMENT WHEN HER PATH TO HEALING BEGAN
Rachel Kolisi has announced her new partnership with Jeff Fitness Global on a 21-day fitness challenge and shared details about her healing journey.

The mother of four revealed that many women have been messaging her, inquiring about where she began her healing journey.

“I have received thousands of messages from women all over the world sharing their stories of heartbreak, loss, devastation and disparity. And almost always, they ask, “Where did you start your healing journey?” she wrote.

Rachel then revealed where her healing journey began, saying, “It was here. Exercising. Whether you haven’t worked out in years, or if you’re currently workout everyday – this is for you! You challenge yourself as much as you want to.”

INSIDE HER LIFE POST-SEPARATION FROM SIYA
In October 2024, Siya and Rachel announced their separation via a joint statement on Instagram, emphasising their decision to separate was mutual and amicable.

Together, Siya and Rachel have two children—Nicholas, who is 10, and Keziah, who is 7. They also adopted Siya’s two younger siblings, Liyema and Liphelo, when they were children.

As lovebirds celebrated Valentine’s Day just recently, she opened up about how she felt on the day. The mother of four poured her heart out about parenting amid her divorce.

“We every dayeveryday anyway. But this Valentine’s Day I made a brave decision and it broke my heart all over again. Parenting when the world feels like it’s crumbling around you is a different kind of challenge. And one I hope I’ll never have to experience at this level again,” she wrote.

“Never been more grateful for the very few who showed up to support and lean in this week, specially.
One day at a time felt too big this week, so I just did one hour at a time, and it kinda helped – I made it to Saturday! 😅❤️,” she said.
