Kabelo Mabalane took to twitter this morning to post a farewell message to Tokollo Tshabalala, lovingly called Magesh who passed away after having an epileptic seizure in his sleep on the 15th of August. The 45 year old will be laid to rest today.
“We changed the world and impacted a generation. You’ve left an indelible mark. We are laying you to rest today. We’ve lived easily five lifetimes in the thirty years I’ve known you. What a ride it’s been.See you when I get there.” He tweeted.
I still remember the first time I met you, Magesh and Zwai in Buccleuch, and Koko was your road manager. I was close to Koko so I managed to attend most of your performances.” Said @NickySeema.
” He may be out of sight but still on my mind. We’ll always love and appreciate him.” Said @Rumlani_Radebe.
“Rest in peace Magesh. Best memory, seeing you guys perform live in Limpopo in 98 in your bright colored short overalls.” Said @Juelz.
