When one door closes, it is time for change therefore another opens for change to come into someone’s life.

Nelisiwe Mchunu is a South African media personality known for being an actress. Mchunu is one of those celebrities who were found to leave schooling and go work to be able to survive. Nelisiwe is popular known from Isidingo whereby she was beginning to be on television screens. She is again known from Uzalo that airs on SABC 1 appearing as Fikile who was in a relationship with S’bu. However, things did not end well regarding her Uzalo role as she was allegedly fired and rumoured that she failed to get the role back after having to beg for it.

 

 

The good news is that, that was not the end for her as she has been recognised for her talent and given an opportunity to join a new upcoming show as a lead role. Fikile Mchunu has bagged a new role Bazothi on a show coming to television screens on the 4th of July Isifiso that will air on Mzansi Magic.

Speaking about the upcoming show,Shirley Adonisi being the director of local entertainment channels at M-Net said “Monday nights on Mzansi Magic are known and loved for bringing thrilling dramas that keep viewers intrigued. We’re glad to keep this slot dynamic and of high standard. Isifiso is the latest show we trust will resonate with our viewers”.

Adonisi said that viewers will see new faces on the show and added, “This is a good chance of keeping actor’s careers growing and opening up the industry while also carrying our mission as Africa’s best story teller”.

Mchunu has not yet opened up about the role but this comes after she got a role on City Sesla that airs on SABC 1. It is good to see her bouncing back after allegedly loosing a role that she excelled in. All the best to her, may more and more doors be opened for her.
