South Africa’s Mhlongo Left Zimbabweans Talking After Appearing In Bulawayo

Nombulelo Mhlongo, a well-known actress, classical singer, and businesswoman from South Africa, visited Bulawayo over the weekend. Mhlongo was born in Pongola, KwaZulu Natal. She is best known for her roles in soap operas like Durban Gen and Uzalo, where she played Nurse Snenhlanhla Mtshali and Nomncebo, respectively.


 

She was also Casandra Masemola on the SABC 1 show Skeem Saam. When Mhlongo got to Bulawayo, she was surrounded by fans who wanted to take selfies and videos with her. She paid her respects to the late Dr. Joshua Nkomo, who was known as “Father Zimbabwe,” and took a picture in front of his statue. Many of Mhlongo’s fans liked that he was humble, friendly, and easy to talk to. Grace Anne, who has won awards as an entrepreneur and business consultant, was in charge of Mhlongo. Miss Anne has a business consulting firm where she helps companies with their marketing plans and social media management.
