Simz Ngema becomes a laughing stock after a video of her disastrous music performance goes vi

Simz Ngema’s acting career has somewhat deflated, and she is now putting her singing talents on display. Simz started her music career to tribute to her late husband, Dumi Masilela, who was murdered in an attempted hijacking in 2017.

She has developed quite a following as a musician over the years. Everyone knows Simz as an actress, especially for her role as Thandaza’s beautiful cousin Thuli on Muvhango.

Simz has been getting many invitations to events as a singer, but the performance at a venue called Disoufeng in Meadowlands Soweto has turned her into a laughing stock.

Simz’s performance at Disoufeng featured her wearing a white outfit consisting of really short pants and a blazer.

The outfit left nothing to the imagination. Simz was performing one of her tracks. Fans called her performance very suggestive and unfortunate. Some attached her vocal abilities, saying she sounds like her voice has seen better days.

Simz was involuntarily thrust into the spotlight over the weekend due to her ex-boyfriend Tino Chinyanes’ now-infamous wedding publicity stunt.

Tino sent shockwaves throughout the country because he had only been separated from Simz six months ago, but that’s not all; controversy came after the lady Tino was seen pictures with called him out as a liar for giving people the impression that the wedding was real.

Tino has a two-year-old son with Simz, and their break-up surprised everyone since they showed no signs of trouble in paradise. Simz’s negative comments suggest that Tino’s wedding drama impacted her.

Some of her fans have said she has a great singing voice and that her choice of the song made her performance turn out disastrous.

Simz hasn’t been on screen for a long time, and her fans feel like she should stick to acting because singing is not for her.

She made a lengthy post on her Instagram on Monday sharing the many hats she is wearing, from an entertainer to a motivational speaker.
