South African media and Publishers News 24 report another Ordeal of South African popular Celebrity Carol Bouwer that is Currently held by Hawks over her involvement in R40 million Tender. In their Twitter account @News24 Their said that “The net is tightening around media mogul Carol Bouwer as the Hawks investigation of her Alleged involvement in fraud relating to a 40 million Tender that she was awarded in 2013 is at an advance stage.”
