Rami Chuene On Donating 1000 School Shoes In Limpopo

Much loved local media personality and author Rami Chuene recently visited Boiketlo Primary School in Limpopo, where she along with the Krush Goodness Krew donated over 1000 school shoes.

Sharing the amazing news on social media Rami Chuene wrote, “I went home to Seshego today to spread some love and goodness with @cloverkrush by giving school shoes at Boiketlo Primary School. I believe this is one way of contributing towards the young ones’ journey as they get their education. I’m blessed and grateful to be given a chance to give. Here’s to education, to more school shoes and to spreading more goodness!”

The ‘The Queen’ actress joins other local celebs including Connie Ferguson, Zenande Mfenyane, Dineo Ranaka, Lalla Hirayama and more who along with the Krush Goodness Krew have distributed school shoes to over 20 000 children in need across South Africa.

When asked about what drew her to participating in the #KrushGoodness project Rami Chuene said, “It is a project that speaks to my heart. Anything that is done in the name of making someone feel better by making their burden light is always welcome in my books. Making a difference in someone’s life- no matter how big or small- is a big deal. Knowing that I made someone’s day, contributed to their destiny, is what will always draw me to an initiative like #KrushGoodness.”

“Spending the day with the young ones, seeing their faces light up at the sight of new shoes brought me joy. And of course, the excitement, the noise and the beautiful vibe that came with spreading goodness,” she added.
