Media personality Miss V Candy, from Zimbabwe, is the host of Star FM. Miss V Candy has previously worked for ZiFM Stereo and ZBC. Miss V Candy graduated with honors from the University of Zimbabwe with a BA in political science. Miss V Candy was picked from among hundreds of candidates for the continuity host position at ZBC in 2011. Miss V Candy was a host for ZBC TV’s commercial division while she worked there, where she covered the Harare agricultural show and the ZITF.

Shasha

South African musician Charmaine Shamiso Sha Sha Mapimbiro, who was born in Zimbabwe, hails from Mutare. She was discovered by Audius Mtawarira in 2011 when she was 19 years old, launching her career as the queen of amapiano.

She is a model, actress, and television personality from Zimbabwe. Although she was raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, and Belgrade, Serbia, she was born in Harare, Zimbabwe. She completed her studies in South Africa and earned an honors degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Cape Town prior to joining Big Brother Africa Amplified in 2011.

Jayde Kim

Kim Jayde was born in Zimbabwe’s capital city of Harare before moving to Bulawayo, where she spent her formative years. KIM JAYDE graduated from high school in 2008 and then relocated to South Africa to continue her education.
