MaMkhize showed fans her 25 Million La Lucia mansion for the first time.

Businesswoman & Royal AM owner Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize showed her La Lucia mansion for the first time on her reality TV show Kwa Mam’Mkhize on Mzansi Magic last year.

The show — which was aired after her divorce from her businessman husband Sbu Mpisane — also featured her children, Sbahle and Andile Mpisane.

According to buzzsouthafrica, her multimillion-rand mansion is located in the wealthy area of La Lucia in Durban and was purchased in the mid-1990s by the reality star and her former husband.

The house was valued to be worth R17 million in 2008 and R25 million by 2018.

It was reported that the family used to host Mzansi’s A-listers for an annual New Year’s Eve party at the house in the early 2000s.

MaMkhize expands…

The family bought two adjoining properties in 2007 worth R3.5 million and bought their neighbours property in 2014 for R2.9 million to make their mansion even bigger.

Showroom for impressive fleet of cars

They converted the 2007 property into a showroom for the family’s fleet of cars and demolished the 2014 property to build an entertainment pad for their son, Andile Mpisane.

Their fleet of about 60 cars include a Maserati Pininfarina, an Aston Martin, a Porsche Turbo and a Ferrari, and many more.

The house on the property the couple bought in 2014 for R2.9 million, was demolished to reportedly build an entertainment pad for Andile.

According to IOL, for Andile’s 16th birthday party — which was hosted in 2017 at the mansion with Nasty C and Babes Wodumo performing — he was gifted with a R2.3 million Mercedes Benz AMG G63 SUV.

The business mogul however hogged headlines in February this year when Sunday World reported that a  Johannesburg businessman has applied for a court order to evict her from her four luxury Sandton properties worth close to R20 million.

The publication shared copies which proved that the man has been granted power of attorney by the seller Yaron Peretz who is the applicant in the matter.

Peretz stated that Andile signed an offer to buy the houses in Sandton in cash and that the purchase price of the first property was R8.25 million.

The second property was worth R3.95 million, the third over R2 million, and the fourth R5.25 million, the publication reported.
