MamKhize Mpisane Receives Backlash Amid Sonia Mbele’s Son Abuse Allegations

MamKhize Mpisane, the mother of Andile Mpisane, has spoken out in response to Sonia Mbele’s statement on the gender-based violence (GBV) claims that have been leveled against Donell Mbele, her son.

A statement was released by the actress and producer Sonia a few hours after her name began trending online as a result of claims of abuse that were made against her son Donell by his ex-girlfriend Reokeditswe Makete. The charges were made by Makete.

In her statement, the actress offers her support to Reokeditswe as she condemns her son Donnel. This is in contrast to MaMkhize, who did not hold her son Andile responsible for the allegations of abuse made against him against his ex-girlfriend and baby mother Sithelo Shozi.

“I was in a relationship with a guy who was violent to me physically, mentally, and emotionally from the age of 17 to the age of 26. She writes in a statement, “I’m mentioning this so that you comprehend that as a woman who has suffered ALL kinds of abuse, I do not walk for, support, or condone such stance.” “I’m going to mention this in order for you understand that as someone woman whom have suffered ALL kinds of abuse, I do not stand for, support, or condo

“I not only welcomed Reokeditswe Makete into my home but I allowed to treat her as a daughter and continued to work with her in support of her professional life in the entertainment industry, and right now I wanted to reassure her that she still has my love and full support,” she reveals. “I had the pleasure of working with Reokeditswe Makete in support of her career in the entertainment industry, and I started working with her in financial backing of her career in the entertainment industry.”

“I have never left your side, and I have never wavered in my support. “I now realize that I should have taken prevention action much earlier, such as counseling and/or child therapy, although sometimes the mistake we tend to make as African single mothers is to assume and believe that everything will work out for the best while certain past behaviors can impact the generations to come,” the actress explains. “It’s important to realize that these things can have a ripple effect on future generations.”

Sonia has said that she would not let her kid off the hook regarding his responsibilities.

“With that out of the way, Donell will confront his demons, accept responsibility for his acts, and then stand back and let the legal process play out.” I’m not going to let my son turn out just like his dad. “Rehabilitation, psychotherapy, and inside healing shall triumph,” she declares, before ending her message with “Thank you, South Africa.”
