Makhadzi faces lawsuit after this happened

One of South Africa’s biggest musicians Makhadzi is facing a R8.2-million lawsuit.

This comes after she reportedly failured to promote the sneaker brand Kicks Kokovha.

Makhadzi hit the headlines when she launched her sneaker brand which is known as Kicks Kokovha.

But the company she collaborated with to launch the sneaker brand has cried foul insisting Makhadzi did not stick to her side of the deal.



The company went further to state that they had accumulated some huge losses because of that. They now Makhadzi to compensate.

Open Mic Productions co-founder Molau Rammala said he was unaware of the court case.

Rammala said he knew of the agreement between themselves, Makhadzi and Kicks Sportswear to produce the limited edition sneakers but has not followed up on the matter.

Kicks Sportswear founder and CEO Sammy Mhaule said as this was a court matter, he could not comment. Attempts to reach Makhadzi drew a blank.
