Lebohang Mpyana’s life is set to be celebrated with a memorial ceremony.

The memorial service of the late DiepCity actress Lettie Lebohang Mpyana has been announced along with her cause if death.

According to TshisaLIVE, the effervescent actress – who played the character of Kelina on the defunct Mzansi Magic telenovela – will be remembered on Thursday, 8 November, at the Joburg Theatre at 10:00.Another memorial service is set to take place at her hometown, at the Library Gardens Auditorium in Polokwane.





“Her creativity will live on in the beauty she left behind. Let’s come together to commemorate a life well lived. Kindly note that the venue has limited seating capacity. The service will be streamed live through Mahuma Group Facebook account,” the family said.She will be laid to rest on Saturday, 11 November, in Mmotong in Limpopo.

Lebohang died on Wednesday 1 November after a short illness.

“We ask that you keep us in your thoughts and prayers in this time of bereavement. Memorial service and funeral details will follow,” read the statement by the Mpyana’s family last week.

Her uncle, Augustine Mpyana’s has since revealed that she complained of a headache before she died. He said complaining about her well-being and started having shortness of breath.
