Last week there was an issue of the second docket which was discussed at the court which the information inside was advising the arrest of Kelly Khumalo, Longwe Thwala, Gladness Khumalo and others who were inside the house when the late Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates captain, Senzo Meyiwa got killed.
Apparently nothing happened to that document, and police never acted according to that document.
Director of Public Prosecutions drops bombshell that there was, NO decision was made regarding the 2nd docket which is believed to have implicated the occupants in the house when Meyiwa was killed.
NPA said that Document advising Kelly Khumalo and others be charged for Meyiwa murder holds no merit which it is a relief to accused people on this docket.
