In the past several weeks South Africa’s First Lady of Sport Carol Tshabalala faced one of her biggest fears when she accepted her mystery boyfriend’s proposal. The Supersport TV presenter had previously went through a “toxic” marriage while she was with her ex-husband Solomon Manana whom she wedded went she was only 19 years old.
The Soweto born beauty who has previously not proclaimed that she will never commit again is seemingly ready to walk down the alsie. On any given day during her busy schedule “Simply K” as she is affectionately known as, as a committed fiancee she is always spotted wearing her engagement ring which is seemingly a bit pricey.
On Wednesday the 40 year old radio presenter and voice over artist took to her Instagram stories to finally share an up close picture of her engagement ring. Through sources we have since had the privilege to learn that the couple or possibly her mystery boyfriend had this one of a kind Emerald Cut Diamond ring hand made and customised by Johannesburg based jeweller Nevin Sher who is affectionately known as “The Diamond Guy”.
Through sources online we have since had the privilege to learn that a similar engagement ring but in this a case a 5,49ct D IF Emerald Diamond Cut ring from ๐๐ณ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ช๐ข๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฅ retails at R8 977 797. With that much said we can safely say that Carol Tshabalala is engaged to someone who is financially well off and hopefully his identity will be finally revealed before they say their I do’s.
