While Pearl on the other hand went extra by even fixing teeth for the day.

Thapelo Maropefela laid to rest

Thapelo Maropefela has finally been laid to rest.

The star dead hours before his 25th birthday.

The sister of the late young talent took to social media on Sunday, confirming that he passed-away on Sunday, 24th of October, 2021.

Friends and family have gathered  at the Anglican Church in Mohlakeng, Randfontein to celebrate his life, as they take him to his final resting place at Greenhills cemetery

The funeral service is being live streamed on YouTube.

Thapelo’s memorial service took place on Thursday 28 October and his friends and family paid tribute to him ahead of his funeral service today.

Happy birthday to Stephanie Sandows 😍 Mrs Ndlovu

Stephanie Ndlovu (née Sandows) (born 29 October 1990) is a South African television presenter and actress known for her appearances in the soap Scandal! and in the series MTV Shuga.

Early life and career

Sandows was born in 1990 and she was educated at the University of Johannesburg. Whilst doing post graduate studies she was moonlighting by creating subtitles for the soap Scandal!. She asked the production team to be an extra and in time she was appearing frequently.

She was one of the hosts of e.tv‘s Craz-e kids’ programmes] with co-host Thulisile Phongolo.

Sandows was a presenter of the children’s religious show, Bonisanani.[2]

Sandows has played Ingrid, the daughter of Wesley Thompson (Zane Meas), in the South African soap opera Scandal!, since the end of 2015.[5]

She was cast in the first series of the web series MTV Shuga as Tsholo. She was called back years later to appear in a special for them in 2019.[1]

Personal life

Sandows began a relationship with Hungani Ndlovu in 2016. Ndlovu, who portrays the character of Romeo on Scandal!, met her in 2015 as she became a new actor on the show.[5] The two married secretly in February 2019.[

Zenande Mfenyana (born 11 October 1985) is a South African model and actress. She is known for portraying Noluntu Memela on SABC 1’s Generations.

 

 

Early life and education

Mfenyana was born in 1985 in Johannesburg, then moved to the Eastern Cape in Queenstown where she completed her matric at Queenstown Girls’ High School. She was enrolled at the University of Pretoria and holds a BA in Drama.

Career

Mfenyana came into the spotlight in August 2011 where she starred on Mfundi Vundla’s SABC 1’s soap opera Generations. She portrayed the role of Noluntu Memela, the daughter of Mawande Memela, until she was fired in August 2014 due to a strike that featured 15 of the cast members, including Connie Ferguson (Karabo Moroka), Sophie Ndaba (Queen Moroka) and Nambitha Mpumlwana (Mawande Memela).

In January 2015, Mfenyana starred as Reba on e.tv’s soap opera Ashes to Ashes, alongside Tina Jaxa and Menzi Ngubane.

Mfenyana then played the main role of Babalwa on seasons one and two of the Ferguson Films’ Mzansi Magic’s Xhosa drama series Igazi, alongside Vatiswa Ndara, Jet Novuka and the late Nomhle Nkonyeni.

As of February 2017, she plays the main role of Goodness Mabuza on the Ferguson Films’ Mzansi Magic series The Queen, alongside its producers Shona and Connie Ferguson
